Sunset unwinder

 

The day has finished.  It’s time to return home or kicking out your shoes in your favourite chair at a place called home (where ever this may be).  It is time to breathe out the “stuff” of today and focus on what is precious.  My personal space and what adds value to it.  But frequently one wants to unwind.  Get things out of one’s system.  Reflecting, finishing things off in one’s mind, closing some doors mentally.  What better way is there than doing a mindfulness exercise and then reflect on personal value-added items.  Hopefully, the contributions here can aide in this process.
