Usefull links

I do admit using electronic libraries frequently in my readings and studies.  I sometimes stumble across useful links which I am happy to share with you.  This page will be updated as I go along.

  1. Logos.

The first item which I would like to acknowledge is one of the electronic libraries which I use the most frequently – and I saw them growing over the past 20 years.  Logos are most likely the biggest of them in the world and now specialize in different branches of Christian thought – from Roman Catholicism to Pentecostal.  They also have a free product with limited resources. which allows one access to some Bible translations and some basic books.  This free version can be downloaded here.  Pending one’s interest, one can decide if one wants to purchase bronze, silver, gold or platinum packages.  But this can become pricey.

  2. e-Sword

E-sword from Rick Meyers is a wonderful asset.  Recent statistics indicated it being downloaded 35 million times in 230 plus countries. I suspect it has more free resources on its free program as compared to Logos.  It is a wonderful asset, and the program also provides for a free search engine.  You can get this here.

  3. WORD search

The third and last program is the well-known WORDsearch Bible program with around 200 free resources.  Similar to numbers one and two one can increase this by selecting additional resources of one’s own choice (but paying for them).  You can download this program here.

I appreciate all three, and, if one monitors their pages regularly, you will be fortunate to get some “freebies” every now and then!

4. The Bible Project

The Bible Project is a very ambitious project which is very helpful to understand the broad themes of each book in the Bible as well as some topics.  A lot of energy has gone into this animation series and it is really worthwhile to look at.  You can find their website over here.

5. Accordance Bible
